The Living Areas

The Family Room

Consists of a two seat and a three seat sofa, three coffee tables.

The three seat sofa will also fold down to become a double bed

if required.

There is air conditioning as well as a ceiling fan.

The room has Cable Television together with a DVD and a Video Player.

There is an open plan feel, as the room leads through to the kitchen

and ancillary dining area.

The Family lounge leads out to the Swimming Pool and shaded porch

enclosure area and private garden.

The Living Room

is located off the main hallway and leads through into the formal

dining area.

The room consists of two comfortable sofa seats, coffee table

together with a Radio/CD/Hi Fi Player.

The room is air conditioned and also has a ceiling fan.

The Dining Room 

has a large polished wood table with solid wood spindled chairs,

for that formal meal that you should make time for.

There is seating room for 8 persons in the dining room.

Adjacent to the Dining Room there is a lounge area with a Hi-Fi/

CD/Radio Player
